Physical Description		Watching you from the shadows was a mysterious young man. The eyes seemed to watch you as you moved through the alleys or the forest. You can feel them on your body but you cant tell where they are. You feel a warm breath breathing upon your neck, sending shivers up and down your spine causing you to turn around but you see nothing there. You shrug that odd feeling off but as you turn around you catch something from the corner of your eye, a movement. It soon fades from your view. Though not long after, you see something tall dark and handsome emerging from the shadows and into the light of a street lamp or from the shadows of a tree and into the beam of moonlight. You see a young man in his early twenties, he was standing a little over six feet tall, the weight of this man was unknown due to his clothing. He stops in the main source of light, his head turns as he looks at you with his piercing blue/green eyes. Your own eyes are drawn to the intenseness of his eyes, making it hard for you to look away but you somehow to manage to do so. You see the well-defined torso of this man, rippling with strength and power. Though you can't resist looking at his face again as his long blond hair moving about in the gentle breeze like small waves splashing upon the shoreline of a beach. His chin is covered in thin hair but it just helps enhance the features of his face. You glance down from his face, the curiosity has just overridden you causing you to glance over his body again. You notice this man wearing an open long sleeve shirt, revealing his defined torso. You glance down further, seeing a pair of tight, black 'low riding' pants that just make you wonder what's under his pants. Upon this man's feet are a pair of unusual looking boots. Unusual for the reason that they go up to mid-thigh and on the center of the boot, there was what appeared to be a dragon shape skull made out of platinum. But before you can really get another good glance, he moves back into the shadows and vanishes as if he was really there.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Arkelaus is generally an all-around good guy, his outward demeanor sometimes comes off as a goodie. However, deep down inside Arkelaus is a hidden suppressed darker voice. This darker personality that lies deep inside him tends to surface when in tough situations and pressured moments. He is still a good guy at heart but like everyone else, they do have a dark side that lies dormant.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Arkelaus tends to think outside of the box in tough situations, he also loves to experiment with alien technology to understand its workings and try to adapt them to starfleet. Arkelaus' weaknesses tend to vary, like many others he fears of being thrown out of starfleet or being captured by an enemy of starfleet and forced to use his experimental expertise against starfleet.
Ambitions		Arkelaus' greatest ambition is to be head of the experimental technology division in starfleet.
Hobbies & Interests		His hobbies are quite interesting and somewhat strange as his former academy roommate once walked into his room where he found Arkelaus experimenting with something wearing nothing but a pair of boxers. Other's have also found Arkelaus stripping down starfleet standard equipment and inventing new uses for them. You can say Arkelaus is one with an extraordinary talent for inventing and tinkering.
