The Sim

The USS Vindicator (NX-78213-F) is just the most recent in a long line of ships to carry the name. It is a brand new Discovery-class Deep Space Explorer, one of the largest ships ever built by Starfleet.

Unlike most explorer type vessels, this ship is equipped with a Quantum Slipstream drive in addition to the warp drive system. This provides a unique ability for the ship to head out into deep space to explore but also be able to return home for supplies or in times of emergency.
