| Personal History | Emelia was born on Earth to a pair of loving parents. Her father was a mechanical engineer who did a lot of work off world and her mother was a xenobiologist. When Emilia was young her parents were killed in a surprise attack at the start of the second war with the Dominion. This left her effectively with no family except for an Aunt she rarely saw. When she was old enough she applied to Starfleet Academy and was accepted. Initially she was on the command track, learning leadership skills and what would be her first post as a Flight Controller. She met Alexia Ducati on day one as they were assigned as room mates and almost immediately they were entirely inseparable. Then her life took an unexpected turn when she was recruited by Starfleet Intelligence. Emilia had a particular knack for seeing patterns and data analysis which made her a prime candidate for a role in Starfleet Intelligence. She continued most normal classes in the academy but also spent time with Starfleet Intelligence directly and upon graduation took up her first posting as an Intelligence Officer. |
