| Personal History | William was born on Earth in the city of Philadelphia. He grew up in a family of Starfleet veterans, and his grandfather was a decorated captain who had served in many Starfleet battles, including the Dominion War. From a young age, William was fascinated by the stories his grandfather told him, and he knew that he wanted to follow in his footsteps. He was an exceptional student and excelled in math and science, which made him a natural fit for Starfleet Academy. William entered Starfleet Academy where he quickly distinguished himself as an exceptional pilot. He was selected to join the elite Starship Fighter Pilot program and became known for his aggressive tactics and lightning-fast reflexes. Upon graduation, William was assigned to the USS Intrepid, a starship tasked with exploring deep space. He served on the Intrepid for two years, gaining valuable experience and earning commendations for his piloting skills. That earned him a recommendation for advanced training in tactical maneuvers. During his first mission, Ryan's fighter was hit by enemy fire, leaving him with a hairline scar on his forehead. From that day forward, he was known as "Razor" by his fellow pilots. Since then, Razor has completed many successful missions and has become one of the most respected pilots in Starfleet. | Service Record | 2412: Accepted into Starfleet Academy and begins training as a fighter pilot 2416: Graduated from Starfleet Academy with honors and is assigned to USS Intrepid as a fighter pilot. 2416: Razor is involved in a skirmish with rogue Klingons near the Romulan Neutral Zone. His quick thinking and exceptional piloting skills help turn the tide of the battle, earning him the Starfleet Cross. 2418: Promoted to Lieutenant, Junior Grade, serves as XO of his fighter squadron. 2419: Promoted to full Lieutenant serves as acting CO of his fighter squadron. 2420: Promoted to Lieutenant Commander and assigned to USS Hood as the CO of fighter squadron, where Razor participated in a mission to rescue a group of hostages from a rogue group of Romulans, earning a commendation of for Valor and Gallantry for his bravery and quick thinking in securing the safety of the hostages. 2422: Participated in a battle against a group of Orion pirates and crashed his fighter. The injuries he sustained required a year of rehabilitation. Razor was taking off active-duty and sent to advanced command and staff training. 2423: Promoted to full Commander and assigned to USS Vindicator as Commander of its Fighter Group. |
