View Award - Obsidian Citation
A unique award, the Obsidian is presented to a CO or XO by their crew to recognize outstanding leadership. Any crew that feels that they have a command staff member who is particularly deserving of the Obsidian Citation should contact the Fleet Staff, who will assist them in the awarding process.
