Te`shara was walking into Main Engineering, thought she go visit her friend Akida and tell her about dating her brother John, cause Te`shara did not know if Akida knew about it. So Te`shara walked in, and looked around for Akida, and asked one of the engineering officers where Te`shara could find her, the officer told her to go check the Chief's office to see if she's there, if not she's around somewhere.

Akida was in her office, she was eating a Tuna salad sandwich with raw cauliflower drizzled with honey and barbecue sauce on it. With a cup of peanut butter and Oreo cookies. She couldn't help it she just loved the way it tastes together. She was going over the inventory for what was being transferred and what was staying on ship for the trip back to starbase.

Akida's ears twitched as she heard her officer door open and looked up to find Lieutenant Te'Shara entering her office, "Well well, haven't seen you in a while what can I do for you Te'Shara?" Akida asked with a smile motioning for Te'Shara to take a seat as she reached for the Blackberry and Ginseng tea she was drinking.

Te`shara looked at Akida, as she sat down."Well I don’t know if you know this but I’m dating your brother John, I hope that’s alright with you.” she smiled as her whiskers twitched."He's a real nice guy, I enjoy him a lot, it’s the first time I’ve dating a human, I don’t know how my family would like that or not.” she said to Akida.

“I know about you dating my brother, though I don’t see how my minding or not would affect his relationship with you. I’m glad that John is settling down from his playboy ways. And being a feline myself involved with a Vulcan,” she paused smiling a little at the mere thought of Vokar, “would be rather hypocritical of me if I objected to my brother dating outside his own species considering he has a sister whose cat like.” Akida smirked as she took a bite of her Oreo cookie with a nice helping of Peanut butter on top of it.

Te`shara looked at akida with the oreo cookie, with peanut butter,"im glad you dont object to me and john seeing each other,and im happy for you and Vokar being together as well.

“I’ll expect you to take care of John though I won’t be here to do so myself and my older brother is famous for getting himself into a world of trouble despite being in a position to prevent others from getting into trouble.” She smirked… Akida had to wonder if Te’Shara had heard that She and Captain Vokar would be remaining on the old vindicator for the return trip to the Starbase?

Te`shara smiled, "Oh you bet i will, I’ll be at his side always," she said as her whiskers twitched, and tail wagged a little fast. "Why you staying on the old vindi ,going back to the starbase, you and Vokar, did you get another starfleet assignment, or something?" she asked Akida. "WoW I’m gonna miss you, you’re a good friend to me, I will never forget you." she said with a brief sigh…

Akida smiled at her friend, “I’ll just be a com-link away if you need someone to talk to. And yes Vokar has been given command of his own ship, so after returning to starbase the old Vindi will be given a new name and Vokar her captain.” Akida smiled proudly. “You better not forget me, I expect you to keep in touch.

Te`shara smiled at her friend,"oh i will keep in touch, with you , you wont be out of any loop,"she smiled at Akida, "I hope you stay in touch with me too Akida," she said as she gave Akida a big caitian hug.. "I know John will tell me about you too, but like I said before I'll keep in touch and let you know how security is doing, and meet the new engineering officer. "she said giving Akida a lite lick to her face.

"Ok ok I'll miss you too." I need to get back to work transferring the necessary items to the new vindi before it takes off." Akida smirked at Te'Shara.

Te`shara sighed,as she gave akida one more hugg before leaving" Bye i'll miss you my friend". Te`shara took off for her duties, as she, whiped a
few tears from her furry face.
