Mission: Romulan Ale.. I mean Aide
Location: Williams Quarters
Timeline: After calling it a night

Jenny laid in bed, her away mission over there was another away mission in the morning the Romulan Warbird, Derelict was waiting for herself and a team of engineers and science to go over and investigate it. She sighed rolling over unable to seem to get any sleep. for once she and Hayden were together in their quarters ever since her little scare he's tried to be home at night rather than on duty which she appreciated very much. though she was trying not to wake him.

he rolled over, he could always tell when she was awake and not wanting to be a bother. he ran a hand along her back and kissed her shoulder. "What's bothering you?" he asked Calling for lights.

She smirked, so much for not waking him before a shift. "Oh nothing it's silly, I mean Officer's come and go right? I guess I just have my miss givings about Commander Jackson leaving the ship. not that the Cardassian isn't a refreshing change I was just use to how Jackson ran Engineering, so it's different and I'm not use to it." She smiled softly at him over her shoulder.

"That's not silly. She was your friend. It is understandable that you would be sad about her going."

"I do miss her. But Vokar is a good man he would take very good care of her on the Pendragon." Jenny smiled turning so she was facing Dylan. "I have a very good man as well." She smiled softly...

"It also makes sense, she did design the engineering bay before the previous Vindi was commissioned." he nodded. "Good man huh? is that so?" he smirked.

"Oh yes a very good man, He's generous and caring, sweet and warm, He keeps me safe when things go bump in the night and I cant see anything, he keeps me warm as often as I feel cold." She purred softly nibbling along his jaw.

"I will try not to disappoint" he replied with a grin. "Have you had a chance to work with the new CEO yet? I mean one on one?" he asked.

"I've worked on an away team with him? but no, not one on one yet." She said softly snuggling closer taking his hand in her's before placing it on her belly so he could feel the child inside kicking. She wasn't overly pregnant yet, but enough so that it was noticeable and movement was noticeable as well.

Hayden smiled at the movement. and propped himself up on one elbow. "I haven't felt he or she move before. " he said somewhat absently.

"it's not a lot of movement he or she is still growing so it's not really a kick just sorta like shifting." She smirked smiling at him.

"it's amazing all the same." he kissed her.

She kissed him back softly, "We should probably try to get some rest, we both have shifts tomorrow morning." She said softly though she preferred staying snuggled in his arms like this.

"Good idea." he replied. The fact was he was pretty much awake now. but he leaned back in the bed and curled up anyway. waiting to fall back asleep again. "Computer, lights out."

Jenny was pretty much awake as well she laid safe and secure in her husbands arms waiting for sleep to claim her back.
