Twelve Months after initial launch, and one successful pleasure trip from Cheydinhall Sector to Earth Spacedock, the USS Vindicator-F is finally ready to be released out on a true shakedown cruise. After a bit of a dog and pony show where the Federation and Starfleet had run tours through their latest and greatest feat of technology, word has come in of a newly discovered Nebula deep in the uncharted regions of the Beta Quadrant. Probes sent to study it have been mysteriously disappearing one by one, and it's up to the Vindicator to find out why while collecting data about this newfound landmark.
